Support the Hastings All Night Grad Party

The Hastings High School All Night Grad Party began in 1978, and has been a cherished tradition ever since. Our party is organized and hosted by HHS parents who contribute their talents, volunteer their time, and offer financial support. We celebrate our seniors' accomplishments at an all night celebration the evening of graduation. We rely on the financial support from businesses in Hastings and the surrounding areas to make this party a reality year after year.

This HHS tradition is an event with an aim that is twofold:

To provide our graduates with an exciting and memorable way to celebrate graduation with their friends

•To keep our graduates safe and off the roads on a night that can sometimes lead to carelessness or tragedy

We love Hastings and we love our children. We want them to be safe and to have fun. We want to make this a night they will never forget. In order to make this happen, we need your help.

Financial support  We receive no financial support from the school district. This is a self-funded party and we rely on donations from the community. The funds we raise from ticket sales are used to purchase prizes, decorations and games, but do not cover the full cost of the party. Please consider supporting the party financially by completing the donation form on the right hand side of this page and returning it to the address listed on the form. Thanks to our recent partnership with the Hastings Public Schools Foundation, your donation is tax deductible!

Prizes  We purchase many prizes for our graduates, but we also would welcome the donation of prizes. gift cards, electronics, dorm room items, concert tickets, Twins tickets, sporting goods, clothing...
anything you think a young adult might like. Please contact
Brenda Van Vossen at sbvanv@embarqmail.com if you would like to donate a prize.

Volunteer It is no exaggeration to say that this party would not happen without dozens of parent volunteers, both during the school year and the night of the party. There are many different types of volunteer opportunities from helping the decorating committee, working at a game, helping with prizes, working security the night of the party, putting up posters, helping with food...we can find the perfect job for you! We need parent volunteers from all grades, not just senior parents. Join the fun! We need you and we guarantee you'll have a wonderful time!

There are three ways to volunteer:

1. Our preferred method-complete the online form here
2. Print and complete the volunteer form
3. Contact our Volunteer Coordinator Julie Larson at julieaslarson@comcast.net or 651-335-7785 and she will help find the perfect spot for you!
